Drinking lemon and honey with warm water is one of the grand mother’s medicine recipes to fight against various ailments. Honey and Lemon has a good share of health and Beauty benefits. When I was a kid, my mother used to give me a spoon of honey almost every day, I just ate it without whining as it tastes good. I only got to know in later years, she used to give me a spoon of honey as it keeps flu, cough and cold away from me and kids are prone to catch flu very soon.

½ lemon
1 table spoon- Honey
1 cup - warm water.
Squeeze half lemon to warm water and add 1 table spoon of honey in it. Stir well and drink it in empty stomach for better result.
