Anti-oxidants help in preventing/delaying the cell damages caused by free radicals due to oxidation. Our present lifestyle habit like-alcohol consumption, smoking, Food habits environmental pollution contributes in producing free radicals in our body. Which are in turn responsible for cell damage that causes early ageing, cancer, weakened immune system.Anti-oxidants plays major role in removing and preventing free radicals produced in our body.anti-oxidants are available in many brand name in stores. But why to depended on artificial sources when they are available naturally?

Anti-oxidants are present in many food sources. Today I am going to write about 5 super fruits which are rich in antioxidants and does miracle to your skin.

ORANGE

This citrus fruit is rich in vitamin c along with phytonutrients citrus flavanones, anthocyanins, hydroxycinnamic acids.Phyto nutrients+Vitamin C does miracle to your skin. Delays skin aging and tightens skin naturally. Drink a glass of orange juice or eat whole fruit at least once a day.

STRAWBERRY
Strawberry has highly concentrated anti-oxidants. It’s a beauty enhancer that’s the reason you can find this fruit in beauty products. It acts as wonderful skin cleanser as it has Vitamin-c, salicylic acid and anti oxidants. Consuming strawberry regularly helps in reducing pores and tightens the skin also helps in getting rid of acne.

PAPAYA
Papaya is fruit which is available through out the year and it has rich sources of antioxidant nutrients such as carotenes, Vitamin A, vitamin C and flavonoids; vitamins B, folate and pantothenic acid; and the minerals, potassium, copper, and magnesium; and fiber. Reduces the risk of skin cancer.

KIWI
Kiwi fruit is ranked among highest in anti-oxidants.research says, antioxidants present in kiwi fruit is highly absorbed by the body than any other rich in anti oxidant fruit.regular consumption of this fruit helps in nourishing your skin internally by making your skin to look younger and radiant.
